ARTIST STATEMENT

I have worked on large scale collages sometimes featuring a skull, various photographic projects and paintings. I feel Refound is ideal for me as I also have a penchant for reimagining the old as new.

THE REFOUND PIECE

Having hoarded & collected many vintage magazines and old educational books, I developed a style of collage using only triangles. Juxtaposing old & new, life & death and space & earth. I like to hide little intricacies within the work where you will find
different relationships between people & objects
