ARTIST STATEMENT
Colour is dominant in my work due to my fascination with how it has the capacity to evoke memory and change perception. Playing upon these, my work draws on the dynamics of space, whilst employing a childlike aesthetic.
THE REFOUND PIECE
I wanted a piece that would have a prominent place in a room. Making the piece ‘functional’ was of great importance. What I found fascinating was by placing perspex on top future owner could use my design as a functional table for everyday life.
